One of our favorite events held at the World Science Festival would have to be the turtle hatching. Real turtles are incubated, watched and timed so that the public can witness turtles hatching during the festival. The turtles are then released offshore or taken to Underwater World Sea Life Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast.
