If you’re lucky, you may even spot a wild koala sleeping amongst the trees from the large viewing platform. Whilst we were there we managed to spot a koala, a wallaby and plenty of interesting birds!

How Long Does It Take?

We recommend allowing at least 2 hours to explore everything the centre has to offer, however for the best experience we suggest packing a picnic and spending the day here in the warm, relaxing, sunny atmosphere.

How Do I Get There?

Daisy Hill Koala Centre is located on Daisy Hill road in Daisy Hill Regional Park, which is approximately 25km south of Brisbane. For more information see the map below:

What Should I Bring?

We recommend bringing long sleeve protective clothing, good ankle supporting footwear, sunscreen and plenty of water. We also recommend bringing along a mobile phone and a map, as the park is really quite large! Finally of course, we also recommend you pack your camera and a picnic!

Dogs on leashes are permitted throughout the conservation area, but not in the Venman bushland national park.
